Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete your Drv Circle account and the personal information we hold about you at any time. This page explains what gets deleted, how to request it, and what happens next. It applies to drivers and riders, including anyone who signed in with Google or Facebook.
1. What deletion covers
- Account details. Your name, email address and phone number.
- Verification documents. ID, licence, vehicle documents and profile photos you uploaded.
- Profile & activity. Your circle, rebook requests, vehicles, offers, rewards and notes.
- Device data. Push-notification tokens and app device records.
- Social sign-in links. The connection between your account and Google or Facebook.
We may keep a minimal record where the law requires it (for example, accounting or dispute-resolution obligations). See section 7 of our Privacy Policy. Anything we must keep is retained only as long as required and then deleted or anonymised.
2. How to request deletion
Email privacy@drvcircle.com with the subject "Delete my data", from the email address linked to your Drv Circle account. If you signed in with Google or Facebook, send it from that same address so we can match your account.
We'll confirm your request, verify it's really you, and complete the deletion within 30 days. You'll receive a confirmation email when it's done.
3. If you signed in with Facebook
You can also remove Drv Circle's access from Facebook itself:
- Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites.
- Find Drv Circle and select Remove.
Removing the app stops Facebook from sharing further data with us, but it does not delete the data we already hold. Email us as described above to have that deleted too.
4. If you signed in with Google
You can revoke Drv Circle's access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. As with Facebook, revoking access does not delete the data we already hold. Email us to complete the deletion.
