Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Drv Circle website and the driver and rider apps (the "Services"), provided by Scio Group (Pty) Ltd (the company behind Drv Circle), of 139 Greenway, Greenside, Randburg, 2194, South Africa ("we", "us"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.
1. What Drv Circle is
Drv Circle is a customer-relationship tool for professional drivers. A way for riders to save a driver (their "circle") and rebook them directly. Drv Circle is not a transport operator, e-hailing service or payment processor. We do not dispatch trips, set fares, or handle money. Riders pay drivers directly; we only help record and remind.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be 18 or older. You're responsible for the accuracy of your information and for keeping your account secure. Drivers and riders may be required to complete identity verification before full use.
3. Acceptable use
- Don't use the Services unlawfully, or to harass, defraud or harm others.
- Don't upload false documents or impersonate anyone.
- Don't interfere with, scrape, or attempt to break the Services.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or the law.
4. Plans & subscriptions
Drv Circle offers a free plan and paid plans (e.g. Pro, Fleet). Plan features and any fees are shown in the app. Paid subscriptions, where offered, renew for the stated cycle until cancelled; you can change or cancel your plan at any time, effective at the end of the current cycle. Drv Circle does not process trip payments between riders and drivers.
5. The driver–rider relationship
Any trip, fare, arrangement or payment is solely between the rider and the driver. Drv Circle is not a party to those arrangements and is not responsible for them, including the conduct, safety, pricing or payment of any trip.
6. Intellectual property
The Services, including the Drv Circle name, logo and design, are owned by us. You may not copy or reuse them without permission. Content you submit remains yours; you grant us the licence needed to operate the Services.
7. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drv Circle is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for any matter relating to a trip between a rider and a driver. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Drv Circle against claims arising from your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or where required by law.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have.
